Painted as part of The Nightingale Project: a series of trees and nature inspired by lock down in The Calder Valley from March 2020 to March 2021 (and the brief escapes from it over the summer).

A quince tree coming in to blossom on May 1st, at Winter Royd above Mytholmroyd (Calderdale). Spotted on an early morning run.

Available as a mounted and signed limited edition print – unframed. Hand-finished with gold leaf and gold thread.
